The Strateia Impact Simulator is a fast, web-based estimator that translates everyday execution problems into a clear view of how much money is at risk and why. You enter revenue and margin, then select where risk shows up—late delivery, rework, stalled decisions, customer issues, downtime, cash delays, or shifting priorities.
The simulator outputs two financial views: revenue at risk and profit at risk. These are produced by Strateia’s Loss Quantifier, which converts execution signals into a dollar estimate of what is leaking today if nothing changes. It does not predict future performance or model future scenarios; it quantifies current exposure based on the inputs provided.
It also calculates OBP (Overall Business Performance). OBP represents how much of the business is currently under control versus being lost to unmanaged execution. A high OBP means issues are visible early, ownership is clear, and problems are addressed before they escalate. A low OBP means risks are accumulating faster than the organization can see or manage them, leading to firefighting, margin erosion, and customer impact.
The simulator then previews what stabilization would look like over the next 90 days. This focuses on restoring control through visibility, ownership, operating cadence, and escalation rules before any optimization or transformation work begins.
