Strateia was founded by George Diakoloukas, a manufacturing strategist and COO-level operator with decades of experience turning operational complexity into consistent performance. His work sits where production, supply chain, quality, engineering, and leadership meet — the point where businesses either gain control or lose it.

George has led transformation across small companies and large manufacturing teams, including environments with more than 190 employees. His background spans plant leadership, operations leadership, executive manufacturing responsibility, and CEO-level oversight. Across that range, the work has stayed the same: make the business visible, measurable, and controllable so leaders can protect margin, move faster, and hold performance under pressure.

He leads from the floor and the boardroom. His work has included turnarounds, profitability recovery, throughput improvement, labor performance, quality improvement, lead-time reduction, supplier cost improvement, logistics optimization, and stronger execution discipline across the business. The goal is never temporary improvement. It is a business that runs with more control, stronger execution, and greater confidence every day.

Strateia was built from that experience.

After years spent fixing what breaks inside real operating environments, George saw the same pattern repeat: fragmented reporting, weak accountability, delayed reaction, and too much dependence on individual effort instead of a system that holds. Strateia was created to solve that problem by combining hands-on transformation work with a closed, secure performance system designed to expose risk early, tighten execution, and turn signal into finished work.

This is not theory. It is operator-built performance infrastructure shaped by real pressure, real consequences, and the standard that improvement must survive contact with reality.

George completed advanced studies in Computer Science at Harvard University with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, expanding his ability to connect modern AI capability to real business execution. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Centennial College, supporting the commercial, operational, and leadership side of his work. 

His credentials include Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Change Management Specialist, Total Quality Management Professional, Project Management certification, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Quality certification, along with additional training in manufacturing leadership, supply chain, safety, and operational improvement. 

This combination reflects both sides of Strateia: deep operating experience earned in the field, and the technical and systems discipline required to build modern performance infrastructure that actually works.
